Everything for sublimation in one shop
SublimService is a shop in Odesa, Ukraine, where you can buy sublimation supplies, DTF materials and badge-making equipment: blanks, machines, consumables and gift packaging. We have been working since 2019, keep our own warehouse and serve print shops and workshops as well as people just starting their own business. The catalogue has more than 1000 products, with prices starting from 6.45 UAH.
Sublimation transfers an image with heat and pressure. The design is printed as a mirror image on sublimation paper, then a heat press at about 180–200 °C turns the ink into gas and bonds it with the polymer coating of the blank or with the polyester fibres of a fabric. That is why the print does not crack or wear off like a sticker would. It also explains why sublimation blanks need a polymer coating and why textiles should be mostly polyester.
