The basic cotton T-shirt: what it is for and why it works

Basic T-shirts get their name because a simple cut and a neutral colour go with any other clothing and never go out of style. For print shops and workshops they are the base for logos, slogans, holiday prints, corporate merchandise and team kits. Our catalogue has 166 items: men's, women's, children's and oversized. Our basic models are made of cotton with a small share of elastane (marked 95/5 % in the product names). The fabric is soft, breathable, keeps its shape after washing and does not stretch like thin jersey. Men's sizes run from S to 4XL, and there are white, black and coloured models, including blue.

Printing on cotton: sublimation or DTF

Keep in mind that classic sublimation only works with polyester or fabrics with a high polyester content. Cotton does not hold sublimation ink, so cotton T-shirts are decorated with other technologies, notably DTF printing (T-shirts for DTF printing are in high demand right now) and heat transfer. How to choose cotton T-shirts wholesale

• Gender and size. Order a size run rather than a single size: for teams and events, S to XXL is usual.
• Colour. White shirts suit bright prints; black and coloured ones work for contrasting or light artwork applied with DTF.
• Cut. Oversized is popular in youth merchandise, while the classic straight cut is the universal choice.
• Children's models. Good for schools, kindergartens, kids' parties and family sets.
