What sublimation ink is and how it differs from ordinary ink

Sublimation ink is a water-based ink with a special dye that turns into a gas under heat and penetrates polyester fibre or the polymer coating of a blank. It is printed on special sublimation paper and then transferred in a heat press onto mugs, T-shirts, metal, magnets and other items. Ordinary ink is not suitable: it does not sublimate and gives a dull, unstable result.

• Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow — 319.86 UAH per bottle, the basic CMYK colours;
• Light Cyan and Light Magenta — also 319.86 UAH, for six-colour printers;
• a set of four bottles (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, 100 ml each) — 1,242.66 UAH;
• InkTec flushing fluid, 100 ml — 94.77 and 98.86 UAH, for flushing the print system before switching to sublimation ink or for maintenance.

Which printers it fits

InkTec ink works with Epson printers that have a Piezo-type print head — for example popular L-series models, including the L805 and L8050. Check your printer's head type before buying. Canon printers use a different printing technology, so please ask our manager about compatibility. Refillable cartridges and continuous ink systems can be used only with spongeless cartridges. Six-colour printers also need Light Cyan and Light Magenta.

For stable results do not mix the ink with remnants of ordinary ink, use sublimation paper and do not leave the printer idle for long: dried ink clogs the nozzles. Use the flushing fluid for maintenance and when changing ink.
