Thermoses and Flasks for Sublimation

What a sublimation thermos is and how it differs from a regular one

A sublimation thermos is a metal vessel with a white or glossy polymer coating that accepts any image. It looks like an ordinary thermos, but the coating is made for sublimation ink: at high temperature the ink turns into gas and bonds with the polymer layer. As a result the design does not rub off against a bag or hands and is not afraid of moisture. A thermo mug with your logo makes a practical corporate gift, and one with a photo or illustration makes a personal souvenir.

The category currently has 32 products priced from 113.56 to 343.14 UAH: children's thermoses, sports bottles, thermo mugs and large thermo tumblers in different sizes and colours.

How to choose a thermos or flask for sublimation printing

• Type. Thermo mugs of 450 ml and a 900 ml tumbler suit tea and coffee on the go. The 350 ml children's thermos looks brighter, and the 250 ml can-style thermos is compact and works well as a souvenir.
• Bottles and flasks. Sports bottles of 600 and 750 ml with a dispenser lid are popular with gyms and teams. The 500 ml stainless steel flask is a good gift option.
• Colour. White and metallic are the most common bases; lid colours (black, pink, yellow, red, blue) let you match your brand style.
• Equipment. Printing on cylindrical items needs a mug or thermos heat press with a suitable heating element. We can help you choose one in our equipment section.

Who buys them and what you can make

Thermoses are most often ordered for corporate gifts, sports teams, schools and kindergartens, and seasonal promotions. With a printer and a heat press you can produce custom souvenirs with names, photos, logos or motivational slogans. For a sharp result, print the design as a mirror image on sublimation paper and follow the recommended pressing settings.
