We accept returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Return and exchange period

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the goods. Return shipping is arranged individually.

Conditions for returning goods of proper quality

• the item has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
• the item is complete, with the original factory packaging;
• all labels and factory markings are intact;
• the item keeps its presentation and consumer properties.

Under the law, the company may refuse to exchange or accept the return of goods of proper quality that belong to the categories in the official List of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return and exchange.
