Mug clamp for a vacuum press, supports 3D sublimation. It presses the image printed with sublimation ink on sublimation paper against the polymer surface of the blank.
Thanks to its convenient latches, the clamp attaches securely to a round surface and is easily removed once the procedure is finished. The silicone base tightly wraps 100% of the surface, which ensures a high-precision transfer.
To prevent premature wear (tearing) of the clamp, follow these rules:
1. Wash a new clamp with water without using detergents.
2. Keep the heat press tray and the clamp clean. Dust and dirt can damage the clamp.
3. Do not take the clamp with the blank out of the heat press while it is warming up.
4. Be sure to heat the blank for 20-30 seconds.
5. Make sure the blank has no burrs, sharp edges, etc.
6. Do not put extra sheets between the blank and the clamp.
